Account and Email subscription

Q: Is creating an account required when shopping from this website?
A: It is not required but it would help us assist you if there are some concerns or problems regarding your orders.

Q: I subscribed thru email but I can't login to my account using the subscribed email
A: Wait for account activation email from GFM PHL and choose 'Activate Account' button to allow you to create your password for your email account. You will be able to view/update addresses and account information. Be sure to update your shipping address to allow the system to provide you shipping options during checkout. You may also use the Log in button and update your other account information or use the Register button to create your own account.

Security and Safety

Q: Is your website safe?
A: We use the best e-commerce service in the industry and guarantee 100% secure payment processing.

Q: What is Secure Payment Processing?
A: It means that your credit card number and personal information are protected. The website checkout system is on a 128-bit encryption Secure Server and guaranteed safe. All information exchanged is encrypted and cannot be read by anyone other than authorized personnel. One way to tell that the pages are secure is to note the added "s" in the web address in the URL bar as in https:// instead of http://. You will also see a padlock symbol or key in the bottom bar of your browser like the one shown below:

Order Placement

Q: How can I place an order?
A: At our store, ordering is simple, browse thru the items categories,  find the items you want, add it to the cart, review and proceed to checkout. 

Q: I have a hard time placing orders. What will I do?
A: Email us at sales_phl@gfmus.net and we will respond to your inquiries and help you manually create your orders if needed.
A: Use the blue messenger app button "Message Us" at the bottom right of your web page during our store hours.

Q: I am an international customer but why can't I place any order?
A: Our store shipping settings are not yet enabled to ship to other country other than the Philippines for now. You can use our other website gfmus.com that caters to international shipping. Send us an email at sales_phl@gfmus.net for further inquiries.

Q: How can I make the payment?
A: There are different ways you can choose to pay at our website.
You may use either of the following: PayPal, AMEX, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Elo, JCB, Discover, Venmo, GCash thru PaymentWall.

Q: Do you have a shop?
A: We only do our business online during our store hours. You may also visit our  GFM PHL Facebook page.

Q: How can I contact you?
A: The best way to contact us is via email at sales_phl@gfmus.net or using the blue messenger app button at the bottom right of our website page to message us during our store hours.

Items receiving

Q: How fast can I get my order?
A: Different shipping method will cause different delivery time, but you can find more information in the Shipping Policy page. The domestic order processing time is not included in the shipping time and may take additional 1 business day to complete.

Q: What do you use for shipping?
A: We use LBC and J&T Express ground for domestic shipping. You may choose One-Day and or Two-Day Priority Mail or Parcel Select Ground. The shipping cost will be added to final invoice. We use the US Postal Service for international shipping coming from US Warehouse.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: For now, we are only shipping to all Philippine islands.

Q: Why is my order divided into two orders or more?
A: We send out the items as soon as they are available. The remaining items may be dispatched from different shippers so they may arrive at different times.

Q: How do I track my shipment?
A: We always provide tracking number by email once the items are fulfilled or out for shipment. Shipment from our Philippine warehouse will send the tracking number directly to your email account.

Q: Can I return my item?
A: If you are not satisfied with your purchase and want to return them back please email us at sales@gfmus.net . But you need to pay for the return shipping fee. Learn more about our return and refund policy 

 

Shipping Cost Calculation

Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Shipping cost is calculated based on the weight of the merchandise once it is packaged and the zip code to which it will be sent. Note that the calculation is based on shipments leaving from Marikina Metro Manila. Most items are free shipping for 3 to 5 business days, while expedited shipping fee for 1 to 2 days varies.
